How It Works
Step One: Use the form or email addresses below to get in touch! We will follow up with you so that we may get to know your travel style and preferences. This can be done over email, but if you are in the Austin area we prefer a face-to-face meeting, preferably at Departure Lounge. Based on our discussions, we'll present trip options with pricing for your desired travel dates.
Step Two: Once you decide on your travel options, we book all the elements and collect your confirmations and documents.
Step Three: Have a great trip! While you travel we check in on you and your travel providers to make sure all is going well.
Step Four: After your return, we'll talk with you about what you loved and could have been improved. This helps us make your next trip even better!
We do not charge travel planning fees, with the exception of complicated, multi-destination or group itineraries. Our payment is provided by commission from your travel providers. We are able to book your travel at the same price you would pay by booking yourself, and in some cases, for even less. When working with travel providers in the Virtuoso network, we are able to secure amenities, perks, and upgrades that would not be available to you when booking directly.
